On a trip to Charleston,SC I stumbled on this amazing man who was embarking on his next chapter in life after a long fulfilled career as a surgeon. I had to have this lovely hand carved maple wood platter designed by Lloyd Mandel. It would look amazing on a kitchen island or a coffee table even on it's own!
