Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have a problem with a transaction, please email us to let us know. We will make every effort to respond to you within 2 business days and are committed to doing whatever we can to resolve any problem that arises.

We request that in the event of requesting a return, you notify us within 2 days of receipt of your item, with a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Gretalogie reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on all items  returned in excellent condition as it was shipped to you, after permission from gretalogie.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not damaged , and in its original packaging. The receiver must pay return shipping charges.
To start a return, you must contact us at greta@gretalogie.com. If your return is accepted, we will  tell you where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
